I would like to take time to tell you what a wonderful job you did helping me purchase my first home. I spent two years trying to buy a house and had some pretty negative experiences during the process. I met many Realtors whom seemed to be only in it for the commission. They didn't seem to care about me at all. I was terrified of this huge investment I was about to make and most were bothered, even annoyed by my questions and fears. Then I met you, at a gas station no less. Needless to say, I was skeptical about speaking with you also.
